Andrew Cosey was wonderful to work with when we sold our little rental property. Andrew is a very respectful communicator, we didn't need to wait for responses. He explained everything we needed to know about the contracts, offers, and feedback from viewings. He had a great photographer that used photos and added digital staging. He also had multiple contacts with service people we needed quickly. He understood our neighborhood well and marketed accordingly. It was a little house, but he gave it mansion worthy attention. And.....he is a lovely gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

If you are looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond, look no further. Buying a home is stressful, even more so when you’re a first time home buyer AND relocating from another state.
