Putting our trust in Andrew was the best decision we made in the entire house hunting process. He knows this area like the back of his hand and he knows everyone involved in the process. In fact, he recommended our mortgage broker and our real estate attorney. We used them both and were thrilled with them as well. Andrew brought a team of experts to help us and this was by far the best experience we’ve had when buying a home.

First time having to deal with a realtor and it was definitely a satisfying experience. He was very attentive, patient, readily available, and answered any questions and concerns I had. In the end, the home he found for me was perfect. I will definitely use him again in the future and recommend that if anyone needs a realtor you could definitely count on Andrew.

He agreed with our basic pricing parameters (settled on the high side). He marketed as he promised locally ( in every mailbox with a few miles) and online etc. got offer and sold first week at the higher price point. Also helped on little things around the house to keep it looking great while we were living in Florida. Recommend extremely highly

Andrew professionally guided us through what became a trying and tedious closing. This was after he pulled an excellent photographer to showcase our home online. During the closing, he followed up our texts quickly and coordinated well with the buyer's agent well. This is the second time Andrew has represented a home. Several years ago, he helped sell my mother's home after she passed. He handled the property well and recommended excellent support services. If I was till in Connecticut and needed to sell a property, I would use Andrew.
