Let me start off by saying Andrew should be everyone’s go to real estate agent. The amount of work and time he put in to our sale and purchase of our home I could not believe. He works around the clock day and night to make sure you get the best deals for both buying and selling. He was always very responsive to questions no matter how big or small, no matter what time of the day. There’s always a lot of unknowns going into buying and selling, but Andrew made this whole process so easy and enjoyable and I will always appreciate and remember all he did for me and my family.

It was a pleasure working with Andrew for the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous one. I would consider Andrew a master class in professionalism when it comes to being a real estate agent. He helped us make a competitive offer, negotiate the right terms for credits, and was there every step of the way. For the sale of our previous house, he had professional pictures taken of the property and set up a website which definitely helped big time with the sale in order to get the best offer we could possibly get. Andrew is the absolute best! My wife and I were looking to make the move from the city to the burbs, and Andrew helped us every single step of the way. If you want someone that is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, will respond quickly, advocate on your behalf, and help you through the entire process from start to finish, he is your guy! Andrew was calm, kind, and professional throughout the entire process and kept us calm and updated every step of the way. We first met the Gangis back in 2017 when we were living in Manhattan and looking to buy in Bergen County. Since then, we added another baby, shifted our search about 100 times, etc and the Gangi team didn’t blink an eye. Andrew and Antoinette are the BEST realtor team in Bergen County! We looked at countless homes until we found the right one for us. They counseled us and showed us ALL angles of a potential purchase – even if it meant sharing harsh truths that we didn’t always want to hear. It was never about their commission – remember, we met them in 2017 and didn’t buy until 2021! – Andrew wants to make sure you find the right fit. The Gangis truly became like family (my kids still ask for them!) and we cannot thank them – or recommend them – enough. As if this isn’t enough accolades, partnering with the Gangi Group on purchasing a home also means getting access to their network of lawyers, contractors, electricians, floor people, etc – for us, this was priceless as we knew nothing about renovating a house in NJ. Andrew was responsive to all our texts and calls at all times of the week. he was willing to show us houses at the drop of a hat. "Hey Andrew," question on a Sunday? He picked up the phone and talked to us. "Can we see a house on Tuesday we might want to bid on?" "No problem, let me get in touch with the listing agent." DONE. We were in the house. We were able to buy a house in the pandemic, which speaks volumes to his work ethic. I can't give him enough praise. This review does not do his work ethic justice. We highly recommend working with him! If anyone can guide a buyer through the saga of a pandemic, it's Andrew.

We gave Andrew our budget and desired towns in Bergen County and he helped us find a house in Upper Saddle River in less than a week. My wife and I were coming out of Manhattan to look at homes and Andrew always made himself available whenever we saw a listing we were interested in. There was never a delay in response, which was crucial in this current market. Moreover, he never showed us anything that was a waste of time and listened to exactly what we said we were looking for.

He referred us to everyone we needed in order to close on a deal quickly and without any hiccups. Through Andrew, we had a lawyer, loan provider, inspector, etc. all lined up as we went through each stage of the process. Moreover, he advised on all aspects of the offer package and provided it all to the seller the same day. Andrew's resources and fast acting was a huge part of getting the house we wanted in this highly competitive COVID suburban market.

We were selling a house on zillow as FSBO. However after just having the house listed for 2 days, Andrew brought in a buyer. He is very easy to work with. Ever since we started working with him the process became very smooth and he took away lot of headaches that comes In if you are trying to sell as an owner. He responded to all our questions and concerns in timely and professional manner. He also has his team which is equally professional. We liked working with him. He responds before and after hours and basically is there to help you out. Our process was much simpler and smooth after we started working with him. We got the price we asked for and closed the deal in about 45 days from listing. We just asked for more time since we had to prepare for moving out. I highly recommend him as a real estate agent. I will definitely work with him again if we need to.

Andrew Gangi made my dreams come true! I bought my starter house from him 18months ago and it was already time for an upgrade. My experience with him was so good that there was LITERALLY no one else i could imagine working with to get #2. There were some hiccups along the way (as any home buying process) but Andrew kept his cool so much. He handled a lot of the 'behind the scenes' stuff hor any issues arose and we avoided my fiance from having a total anxiety meltdown.

I cannot say enough great things about how great 'the gange' was. He'll be selling my old house soon as well!

Selling our home was an easy experience with Andrew Gangi. Downsizing from a home that you’ve owned for 20 years is no easy task - but Andrew had wonderful suggestions that we followed. His drone footage of our house was phenomenal - he is very artistic!! Our house sold to the first person who walked through the door.
