Andrew Gilbert

Andrew got his start in real estate at the early age of 15 when Andrew was hired by a local real estate agent to assist with getting homes ready for market. Learning from the ground up, Andrew discovered exactly what it takes to market a home properly so that it sells fast and for top dollar.

After graduating from West Virginia University with a degree in business administration, Andrew began working for a real estate research firm, where Andrew gained valuable industry experience researching real estate trends and took part in extensive market analysis. Andrew then took those skills and changed roles to gain even more experience, joining a small startup company where Andrew focused on marketing and advertising for local businesses. It soon became clear, however, that real estate was his real passion, so Andrew switched gears one last time. Since then, Andrew has been involved in countless real estate transactions and sold tens of millions of dollars’ worth of real estate.

His earlier work experience has given him a strong and diverse background in customer service, marketing, contract negotiations, and industry knowledge; positioning him to offer his clients a very dynamic home selling and buying experience. As his career took off, Andrew found himself using his skill set to help his clients navigate their way through situations that many other agents were unable or unwilling to help them with. While these types of real estate deals were incredibly challenging at times, Andrew found that they were also rewarding. Ultimately, Andrew feels that helping people in need is what really makes being an agent such an amazing opportunity.
