Andrew Guglielmi

Andrew began his career in real estate with Colliers International shortly after graduating from Santa Clara University in 2008. He was focused in the areas of owner and tenant representation in the SF Bay Area, Peninsula market and in the span of 4 years, Andrew’s representation resulted in over 70 lease transactions totaling 270,000 sq. ft.

Lured away into the technology industry, Andrew spent 3 years working as a sales representative at Box.com in San Francisco. A highlight of this experience came in January 2015, when Box went public on the New York Stock Exchange.

Andrew joined the SC Properties family in February 2016 and is focused on a wide range of real estate services which include property management, buying and selling commercial and residential property and serving as a leasing agent for both owners and tenants.

Andrew resides in San Francisco and enjoys playing competitive basketball (albeit in the C-League) at the Olympic Club.
