Having conceptualized his most popular restaurant 12 years ago, this led the way to the creation of what is now known as Midtown Wilmington and effectively put Midtown Wilmington on the map. Midtown Deli & Grill and Midtown Incredible Pizza are two wildly successful restaurants that have built strong followings over the years.
