Andrew Kushner

Andy has 30+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing and advertising. During his career Andy has sold over $800 million of real estate. In addition to his sales experience, Andy has leased office, industrial and retail property and developed and managed a number of commercial properties. His experience includes the development of South County Commons in RI, an 850,000 square foot lifestyle center which includes retail space, offices, a hotel, apartments , senior housing and luxury condominiums. Additionally, Andy has provided consulting and marketing advice to many clients. Before embarking on his real estate career, Andy worked for several large advertising agencies. His clients included AT&T, American Express, Sony, Nikon, Harvard Business School and Miller Brewing Company. Andy earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Providence College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Clarkson University, with a concentration in IS and Marketing. Andy is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foxboro, YMCA the Board of Managers of the Hockomock YMCA and the Board of the New England chapter of CCIM. Andy is married with four children. He is a long time sports coach and is a die hard NE Patriots fan.
