About Andrew

I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina.I joke to people about how I have lived in a 15 mile radius for most of my life, so I know Columbia very well. I grew up around the building industry, as my father owned a construction company for 35 years. There I learned the importance of providing the homeowner with top quality construction. I am a 2010 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I got into the real estate business while I was still in college when I was able to purchase my first investment property which soon grew to multiple properties. Since graduating, I have served as Vice-President of Development for Monteray Construction Company until my father's recent retirement. I love the real estate business and feel that my experience in the construction industry is an added asset. I am a dedicated individual who approaches each task with organization and professionalism.
