My wife and I first met Andrew at an open house in 2017. We were immediately impressed with his industry expertise, knowledge of the area, and attitude. Andrew helped us sell our then house and purchase our dream home, all while navigating us through difficult obstacles along the way. Any Realtor can handle smooth transactions, but not many have the expertise and determinism to negotiate with difficult sellers, manage logistical hurdles, and get the deal done, whatever it takes. Andrew has since assisted our son with two home sales and our daughter with a home purchase. We wouldn't use anyone else in the Lake Norman area.

He was funny and we knew that we liked him immediately. Andrew was amazing to work with on the initial purchase of a property in Cornelius. The house had not been inhabited for two years so I was a little nervous about the purchase. He worked with me to go through the pros and cons. In addition, he spent a good deal of time assessing what would need to be done to the house and helping me understand my options for the dock. Once I moved in, he provided me with contractors to help with a few odd jobs. I absolutely loved the property for the next two years! When we decided to sell our home and move to Myrtle Beach, I wanted a local realtor with knowledge of the Lake Norman area. I talked to a couple of realtors, but when Andrew came to meet with us, we liked his professionalism and got the feeling that he was the realtor we wanted to list our house with. He made suggestion on what we need to do to make our house marketable and put together a killer Internet marketing package. He was also right on the money on what the house should sell for. With the economy the way it was and a slow real state market, we thought it would take months to sell our home. Due to the way he marketed our home, we had 13 showing it three weeks and made several of those short list. He got us a contract in just three weeks while we were on vacation in Germany and did a great job of getting the contract signed using emails and faxes, so we wouldn’t have to wait until we got back to finalize the contract. He then stayed to constant contact with us until closing. Can’t say enough about Andrew, he did an outstanding job for us.
