When my mom was living alone in a condo in an age-restricted community during the COVID-19 pandemic, the clubhouse shut down and all activities were cancelled. With this isolation, she declined cognitively and physically very quickly. During the 2 months she sheltered in place, I relied on her personal trainer and caregiver to give her exercise and companionship to minimize her decline. I also contacted her neighbor and my friend, Andy, to help me get my mom groceries. He helped me learn how to order groceries to be delivered to her condo, communicated with her caregiver and would leave milk in his storage area in the basement to allow the caregiver to pick up and bring to my mom. He even went the extra mile to pick up her favorite "everything bagels" from Starbucks. When we decided to sell my mom's condo quickly and move her in with me, I knew who I trusted to ask to take on this endeavor during this unprecedented time. Andy sold it quickly and made it an easy experience for us. This was extremely appreciated due to all the other challenges we were enduring and needed to overcome ourselves. I first had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Andy as his physical therapist. I have enjoyed getting to know many of my clients over the years and have learned a lot from all of them. Andy however will forever stand out in my mind and heart. He will be a lifelong friend. He has a contagious vigor for life and our conversations always teach me something. As a small business owner, he has been one of my biggest cheer leaders and provided me with positive support repeatedly. The exchange of abundance Andy provides, is why I give him 5 stars not only as a realtor, but as a neighbor, and friend. There is power in random acts of kindness and it is nice to know this still exists. Thank you Andy for giving me faith in the human spirit!

First off, let me say that I'm extremely picky and knew exactly what type of house, location, living condition, etc... that I wanted. With that said, Andy was very responsive and patient in dealing with my needs and concerns. It took quite some time, but he found the perfect house for me and my family. We have been happily living in our home for the last 10 years.

Also, if I ever needed advice on anything that came up afterwards, he was always available to answer my questions/concerns. He is a well-spring of knowledge and is very ethical. He will tell you up front and well in advance of any issues that may arise.

I unequivocally recommend working with Andy. He's the best!

Andy will work very hard to get you the house you're looking for. He took the time to understand what we wanted and what we needed, to scout out the area we were interested in and understand the market, and then used all of the tools in his arsenal to get us the house of our dreams.
