Andrew was an amazing realtor from start to finish!! We moved from Florida to Connecticut- nothing is more difficult than buying a house without being there in person. However, Andrew helped make the experience simple and easy! He is professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. We had endless phone calls, FaceTimes, and text messages to help us secure the absolute house of our dreams!! We’ve already recommended him to a few friends & family and my husband and I will be using Andrew’s wonderful services for every house we buy or sell in the future!

From the very first call we made to Seaport Real Estate Services and spoke with Andy all the way through closing, it was about a 7 month process. Throughout that time we were impressed with the level of candid personal commitment that he made to understanding our needs and finding the right home to meet our needs. He earned our trust, through his caring demeanor. He enabled us to find and close on a home we love (as a buyer) in a very tough sellers' market. We worked with Andrew purchasing a home in Old Lyme from Texas. He is more responsive and jumps to help more than any realtor I've had in the past. My previous realtors have taken advantage of the fact that a buyer can look online now and just let the buyer find properties they are interested in. Andrew went the extra mile, tailoring his automated search to our needs and making personalized videos summarizing information about each property we were interested in. It was very helpful to have local knowledge of the street and neighborhood each property was in. We would gladly work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone else.

It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at Seaport Realty. I got in touch with Tim Bray on a Saturday who put me in touch with Andrew O'Reilly almost immediately. Andrew was able to book me a showing of a house on Sunday and help me put in an offer which was accepted by Monday night. He supported me well throughout the entire home buying process, and gave me excellent references for a mortgage lender, inspector, and plumber. If it wasn't for Andrew and his expertise and responsiveness, I probably would not have been able to purchase the home I did. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the New London area, I could not recommend Andrew and Seaport Realty enough.
