Andrew Park

As a REALTOR®, Andrew specializes in residential condominium and loft sales and leases in the neighborhoods of Downtown (DTLA), Koreatown, and adjacent areas. Born and raised in the suburbs of South Pasadena, Andrew graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a B.A. in business economics with a concentration in marketing. After college, Andrew deepened his interest in online marketing by earning a certification in digital marketing from General Assembly while interning at a local real estate brokerage. Andrew's internship experience showed him that real estate is an opportunity to help people in Los Angeles achieve their dreams. After the internship, he soon got his license, and in 2017, started his business, which allowed him to combine his passions for marketing and real estate. Andrew decided to specialize in the community that was right in front of him – Downtown LA. Andrew's earliest memories of Downtown were from his elementary school years when he took weekend swimming classes at the YMCA. Andrew was amazed while driving into DTLA staring up at the buildings from the backseat. After swim lessons, they often stopped by the Los Angeles Public Library. It was beautiful then, and it is even more charming now. Growing up, Andrew always looked at Downtown as a place that was only about work and business — commuters drove in the morning for work then left for home somewhere else, leaving Downtown empty and quiet at night. With DTLA’s renaissance in recent years, which is not the case anymore. Many now call Downtown their home. Andrew is excited about the future of this community and glad he can play a small part in it. When Andrew isn’t working in real estate, he likes to travel with his wife, work as a freelance food photographer, and further explore Downtown LA.
