Andrew Patterson founded Conyers Advisory in Charleston, SC after many years of honing his skills in the residential and commercial real estate sectors. This unique melding of experiences, combined with his knack for marketing strategy and presentation, has afforded him the opportunity to accumulate a diverse and loyal book of clients.

Originally from Newport, RI, Andrew attended Gettysburg College where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Andrew embraces his Northern roots to expand his reach far beyond the parochial, local markets of South Carolina in the pursuit of maximizing exposure on all endeavors. In addition to specializing in high-end residential dealings, he is highly knowledgeable in, and specializes in, commercial acquisition, disposition, and analysis for a myriad of uses including retail, office, and investment real estate.
