As a realtor, Andrew is exactly what I hope for-he is experienced, knowledgable, responsive, and really easy to work with all around due to his warm and friendly personality. We have worked with Andrew on purchasing a family home, and my husband has also partnered with Andrew multiple times for his business, which involves properties for sober living homes. In those markedly different situations, he was a great guide through the processes.

He is willing to dig in on any issues without question, and has a strong network of partners in place. We have used contractors, a lender, handypeople and more via his recommendations and he is a liaison throughout their work-even meeting with tradespeople on our behalf. In our recent home purchase the selling agent was not particularly proactive, but Andrew filled in that gap on our behalf, which in the end was a service to the seller, as well, to get the purchase done!

Andy Paulsen guided me through my first home-buying process with good humor, expertise and enthusiasm. His knowledge of houses - their value, their charm, their potential pitfalls - was invaluable in helping me find a house that was just right.

I also saw a few houses with Charlie, who matched Andy's expertise and patience.

Overall, it was a great experience and I strongly recommend them!

Andrew Paulson helped me purchase my first home and when it was time to put it on the market 10 years later, he was the first person I thought of. Andy helped us navigate a totally uncertain market. He kept us up to date with what was going on week by week and he gave us solid advice when we needed it. Andy had our family's safety and best interest in mind throughout the entire process. We got a great offer and he handled all the details seamlessly. I love that we went with a smaller real estate company with integrity and great service.
