About Andrew
As one of the founders of Prime Equity Mortgage, Andrew Quezada leads a team responsible for originating a high volume of residential mortgages. Guided by principles of integrity and professionalism, Andrew prides himself on product knowledge and the ability to stay involved-in and facilitate all aspects of his transactions.
Backed by over 10 years in the mortgage industry, at 29 years old Andrew has established himself as one of the highest volume originators in the industry while maintaining the heart of a teacher and a commitment to customer service. Having bought and sold multiple properties and as an investor himself, he is committed to integrity and educating consumers about the residential mortgage and it's use as an instrument for financial leverage.
Andrew holds a dual Bachelors Degree from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in Economics and Finance, Real Estate, Law (FRL), a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) license and a California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) Brokers License. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with family, dining, fitness, and travel.
In 2016, Andrew was ranked by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) as a Top 250 originator. As of 2017, NAHREP ranks Andrew Quezada #32 among ALL Originators in the United States, and #18 amongst Originators representing non-depository financial institutions. Andrew also serves on the board of the SLIG Charitable Foundation based out of Downtown Los Angeles.
