After growing up in the Sarasota area, Andrew joined the Navy and spent the better part of 6 years stationed in Okinawa, Japan with the Marines. After leaving the military he completed my bachelor’s degree and started running nursing homes in the Orlando area. His nursing home career took him all over the country and he eventually became the COO of a mid-sized nursing home company that operated in California, Arizona, and Washington. After leaving the west coast, Andrew operated a portfolio of 42 nursing homes in the Chicago area. While living all over the country, he and his wife have always maintained a house in the Sarasota area and really want to come home to Sarasota.
Over the years Andrew and his wife have enjoyed traveling and have traveled extensively as his wife works for an airline and he owned a travel agency for a few years. They have traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and throughout Mexico. They also enjoy golf, spending time at the beach, and recently took up pickleball. Andrew is also a huge fan of college football and F1 racing.
Throughout the years, Andrew has bought and sold several homes and a few investment properties that include waterfront properties here in Southwest Florida. In his position as COO, Andrew assisted with transacting several commercial properties as part of complex operations transfers.
