Andrew Rusca brings a blend of common sense, aggressiveness, and humility that is extremely rare and disarming. He is a strong advocate for his clients while finding that win- win-win, for all involved whenever possible. He is to be commended and emulated in the local and regional real estate community at large.

I remember when my husband and I first met Andrew at a house tour we didn’t know if we could afford and wasn’t at all what we wanted. We were just window shopping really. We didn’t know if we should even buy a house, or even if we had a right to dream about what we want because we were worried about our finances.

Andrew was god sent angel who changed everything for us. The amount of effort and time he put into walking us through the process and guiding us at every step of the way was unbelievable. He was truly exceptional.

He was always available to provide us with the information that we requested (no matter how important or silly, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good trust worthy hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, we didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and he would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. With Andrew on our side, his good energy, kindness, patience, and co-operation made the potentially overwhelming process much simpler.

Andrew was ALWAYS available for home tours (even under a very short notice) and very responsive to text message and calls. He is an exceptional top NEGOTIATOR too which is a huge plus to negotiate terms while home buying. Of all the people we came across during this journey, while we felt that others were pushy/driving towards sale etc, he was the one who was as a guiding mentor throughout the whole journey.

It was a no-brainer for us to work with him and I’m so thankful we did. When I am looking to buy again or sell, we will not hesitate to call Andrew!

I had such a great experience working with Andrew! As a first time home buyer, I got very lucky to have landed with him and I could tell immediately that he was always looking out for our best interests. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable of the Bay Area housing market and throughout the buying process was always super helpful if I had any questions. He was very involved, gave great advice and really took the time to guide us through the process from start to finish. Andrew is friendly, patient, and very responsive. I can’t recommend him enough. Andrew helped me purchase a house over the end-of-year holiday season. The entire process took only 30 days from the initial tour to closing. Our communication was highly efficient; he responded to my requests almost immediately and answered any questions I had big or small. I took advantage of his knowledge in different options for neighborhoods and his great negotiation skills. In the end, I got what I wanted, and it was a great deal.

If I could give more than 5 stars for Andrew I would ! Andrew is very experienced and knowledgeable which is perfect for a first time buyer. He is not aggressive or pushy like some agents but he will fight for you as his client. My girlfriend and I were anxious at times when purchasing our first home together but working with Andrew, who has a calm but confident energy, helped put us at ease. He is reliable and responsible and makes sure everything is accounted for. He also went above and beyond by getting measurements for us while we were out of town so that we could pick out furniture . My girlfriend and I are lucky to have met Andrew and know that we have our realtor for life in him .

I have been wanting to write this review for a while but kept procrastinating because I couldn't find the words to do Andrew justice. We are first time buyers and knew next to nothing going into this process - so intimidating. We still cannot believe our luck that we ended up with Andrew as our realtor simply by clicking “Request a tour” on a Zillow listing. From the moment Andrew began communicating with us, we could tell he was truly listening and hearing us as we stumbled through figuring out what we were hoping to find. Andrew’s communication style is the kind that makes you feel like you’re really working with a teammate; someone who wants to make sure you are truly happy with the home you buy. His expertise of the market, the area, and the process seamlessly guided two clueless new buyers through to finding the most perfect first home. Once we found the house (which we are absolutely in love with), Andrew’s approach to making an offer and negotiation abilities really showed us that he is truly one of a kind. I’d argue that this is his greatest strength, despite being such an expert in all other areas that I’ve already described, but I can’t say that because Andrew’s greatest strength is actually how genuine and down to earth he is. He is truly a good human who makes you feel beyond comfortable no matter how knowledgeable you are coming into the process and how many “dumb” or “annoying” questions you think you’re asking. We were anticipating an extremely stressful process and weren’t confident we’d even be able to buy in the area we loved, but Andrew guided us through so well that the process was actually more fun than stressful. He led us through it, navigated and helped us manage family opinions, met us for multiple viewings of our house with minimal notice, and all while we were living separately (me in SoCal and my boyfriend in NorCal) and on completely different schedules (typical 9-5 schedule and night shift) without skipping a beat. It likely goes without saying, but Andrew is our realtor for life. Anytime we buy or sell in the future, Andrew is our guy, and I cannot recommend him more strongly. He really is the best!

Andrew went the extra mile and beyond. He listened to our primary wants and needs in a property. He took my husband and I on a 3 day crash course in house hunting; and then we were ready to make an offer.

Andrew is patient beyond words and always has an amazing attitude. He is straightforward and provides an honest opinion about different properties. He doesn’t sway you to purchase just any home; he is determined to hit the ground running with you until you obtain your dream home. He comes with extensive knowledge of each individual property he shows. He is quick to respond to your every complaint/question and he kindly listens to your requests. He puts you at ease with any anxieties of being a first time home buyer. He is precise in time-management and every detail gets acknowledged within the time restraints.

Andrew is #1 on our speed dial; we gained a new family member! We will never use another realtor. Andrew is definitely the way to go if you mean business.
