Andrew Schwartz

A native New Yorker, Andrew specializes in luxury real estate sales throughout Manhattan, maintaining the highest standard of professionalism as he guides his clients through the home purchasing and selling processes in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Raised on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, his father, a commercial real estate attorney, instilled a passion for New York City real estate in him from a very young age. He spent his childhood admiring the New York City skyline, evaluating how architects complied with the City’s various zoning laws and hoping to spot gargoyles on the buildings’ ultra-high eaves.

After graduating from Colorado College, with a focus in Political Economy, Andrew moved back to New York and spent two years working in NYC’s independent feature film industry as an executive assistant and as an accountant on a small horror film. His career in real estate started in Brooklyn selling new development before returning to Manhattan to sell luxury properties with The Chris Kann Team.

Outside of real estate, Andrew has cultivated a passion for opera, having performed in the Met’s Children’s Chorus in his elementary school days. He comes from a musical family, with a twin sister who was recently nominated for a Grammy for writing a multiplatinum single for Dua Lipa. He is an avid skier, reader, and is fluent in French.
