Andrew Shera

As a fourth generation Californian and a licensed Realtor, Andrew Shera joined Shera Realty Group in 2015. Andrew has a long history in California real estate where his family developed land acquisitions from Lake Tahoe to San Diego for the past 40 years.

Andrew's qualifications developed from all aspects of the residential real estate market; his hands on experience in acquisitions, design, development, construction and property management is extensive. Andrew began working in the family business in 2003 and has developed many skills from construction supervision to property management with a portfolio of over $200 million in Real Estate projects for Pacific Group Development Company. Andrew also obtained his Captain's license in 2013 and has spent many years in the Tahoe Basin navigating lakeside properties for his clients.

Andrew is currently a million dollar producer at Shera Realty Group and he looks forward to growing the Shera Realty Group Brokerage with his brother, Alan Shera, Together they are involved in all aspects of Real Estate sales and marketing, coupled with superior service and knowledge for all of their clients.
