About Andrew

Andrew has more than 10 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional. His career began as an investment sales associate for Massey Knakal (acquired by Cushman & Wakefield) in New York City, where he represented an aggregate of $200M+ of commercial properties and development sites in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He spent numerous years managing approximately 250,000 sq ft of commercial assets with Bel-Site Realty in NYC, where he was also involved in commercial leasing, sales, acquisitions, dispositions, site planning, and development. Currently, alongside being an agent specializing in commercial sales and leasing for Walzel Commercial, Andrew is working on a couple of small investment and development projects in Austin and Round Rock.
Andrew studied Communication for his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Maryland and Sustainable Real Estate Development for his Masters at Tulane University. When he’s not hard at work, Andrew is spending his time outdoors on water or wheels, or you can find him competing in one of many sports around town.
