Andrew Smith

Originally from the Washington DC suburbs, Andrew Smith started his NYC experience in the late ‘90s while attending Seton Hall University. His professional pursuits in the years that followed took him in many different exciting directions. From an aspiring DJ to hospitality entrepreneur, Andrew was able to travel, gain new experiences, and meet a variety of people from around the world. Shortly after settling in Brooklyn in 2011 and being inspired by NYC’s incredible energy, Andrew embarked on his real estate career with Ideal Properties Group, a boutique brokerage based in his home borough. Andrew quickly became an expert in both residential and commercial leasing and gained extensive knowledge of the local market. Specializing in single and multifamily investment properties, Andrew has sold numerous buildings that had been owned for generations. Thanks to his personalized marketing approach and strong dedication to delivering the best results for his clients, Andrew has also successfully sold buildings that had previously languished on the market after taking them on from previous brokers. To this day, Andrew has sold every building that he has ever listed. Now based out of Corcoran’s Brooklyn Heights office, Andrew applies his real estate skills and expertise working with buyers looking for condos and townhouses, as well as sellers of single and multifamily homes. When not working with clients, Andrew can be found on the floor of his living room being playfully attacked by his twin daughters Daphne and Fiona, strolling with his family around Sunset Park, and squeezing in a shift at the Park Slope Food Coop. He still finds time to mix records after the girls fall asleep.
