Andrew Spathas

Born and raised in the coastal community of Point Loma, Andrew brings his extensive knowledge about his hometown to his clients.

Andrew’s strong work ethic, modern day marketing and personalized approach has led him to facilitate a wide variety of real estate transactions throughout San Diego county. In Andrew’s first year, he was awarded the ‘Rookie Agent of the Year’ and two years later recognized by San Diego Real Producers as a ‘30 under 30’ honoree.

Aside from real estate, Andrew is actively involved in the Point Loma community with his golden retriever, Walter.
