Signature Homes Las Vegas is one of the oldest privately held homebuilders and real estate companies in Las Vegas, Nevada, founded by The Plaster Development Company, Inc in 1978. The company has built more than thirteen thousand homes, condominiums, and apartments in the Las Vegas Valley.
As Vice President of Sales, Andrew serves as the lead point person in creating a dynamic sales department and is an integral part of the success of Signature Homes. Andrew utilizes his expertise and knowledge of the industry to develop and implement systems, and strategies to ensure the best possible customer experience while scaling sales during the growth of Signature Homes.
Prior to Signature, Andrew was part of the sales team for a major public builder and was recognized for setting best practices to streamline the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction. With the solidified reputation of the brand, Andrew is excited to be part of the team and take part in the expansion of Signature Homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Today Signature Homes has plans to develop and build over a dozen new communities spanning throughout the Las Vegas Valley with a projection of over 200 homes built over the next two years and further expansion beyond.
Andrew has been a Las Vegas resident for over 25 years and is a proud Husband and Father of 3. He is a graduate of UNLV College of Business and an active supporter of the UNLV Foundation and Alumni Association.
