Kristy and her team at Uhl rocked when it came time to find and purchase my home! Kristy paid attention to my likes and dislikes to find me the perfect home (out of the dozens looked at both online and in person) by curating the list based on my tastes as well as my requirements. When shopping from out of state, that’s especially helpful. She went above and beyond and truly took stress off of me (and if you’ve never moved, this is huge. It’s stressful even if it’s fun and exciting)! My only regret is not taking MORE of her advice on the financing side of things. I’m sure there are many accomplished realtors out there, but if you are looking for a home in SE Wisconsin, you will not find a better realtor than Kristy at Uhl Team Real Estate.

Cannot recommend Kristy Plassmeyer enough! I recently purchased my first house and I was very nervous being that I was new to the home buying process. Kristy guided me the whole way, from sending me properties that she thought matched what I was looking for all the way up until the day I closed. Kristy was our buying agent. She brought a level-headed perspective to the crazy Spring 2022 buying market. She helped us "keep pace," getting the jump on certain listings and being very flexible, as well as giving frank, but balanced advice for where to come in on offers. We are pleased to say that we had an accepted offer after only about nine days of actively searching! After the accepted offer, she was very prompt in communications between the seller regarding contingencies.
