Andrew Vold is a broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Venice office. His illustrious real estate career spans over two decades and is marked by diverse experiences and an unwavering passion for the industry.
Born and raised in northern Virginia, Andrew's career includes previous positions in DuPont Circle of Washington D.C. and Kennebunkport, Maine before settling in Port Charlotte, Florida in 2003 with his partner, Jon Strickland, where he quickly became an integral part of the real estate community.
Andrew partnered with Prudential Florida Realty in Venice and served as vice president/broker for Watson Realty Wekiva in Orlando for 7.5 years. He was later a broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty in Venice.
Andrew is committed to quality service and takes joy in mentoring his agents. With experience on both sides of the transaction, his customers trust his expertise and know that he will treat them like family.
Actively engaged in the real estate community, Andrew is the president-elect for the Venice Area Board of REALTORS®. He has served on various committees, including data services and finance. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Andrew was named the 2009 Broker of the Year by The Woman's Council of REALTORS® and received honors from the Presidential Who's Who and Strathmore's Who's Who in 2009 and 2010.
Andrew's professional designations include At Home With Diversity, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Certified Senior House Professional, Certified Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource, and Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.
