Andrew Wilkins

Andrew is a native of Union, South Carolina and a 2001 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Marketing. After college, he obtained his real estate appraisal license and began working at Sass, Herrin & Associates in 2002. He is a South Carolina Certified General appraiser and earned his MAI in 2015. He has experience in appraising retail, multi-family, industrial, mini-storage, office, subdivisions, large acreage tracts, conservation easements, plantations, as well as other types of properties. He has also been involved with tax appeals and real estate consultation projects.
