I was a first time home buyer and had no clue what the first step would be in buying a house. I didn’t know if I made enough money or what it would take to come up with a down payment. I sat down at Vantage Realty and they came up with a plan for me. It took 4 months to come up with my down but I was finally ready and prequalified. We looked at the houses I was interested in and I made a few offers. I ended up getting a house I fell in love with. I really liked the fact that they never pushed me and made it feel like I was a friend and not their Client.
