Andrew and Amanda were a huge help with our home buying process. They answered all our questions almost instantly through texts, emails and calls. Set us up with houses to look at quickly and efficiently. My wife and I closed on our house on February 1st and just want to say that Andrew and his team are the best! I first got into contact with Andrew a few years ago when looking for a rental/ considering buying. We didn't end up renting or buying with him at first, but when we had issues with a place we rented he was rapidly responsive and gave us advice. So a year later when our lease was running out I made sure he was my first call. I am so grateful to have used him to buy my first home! He's a hard worker and super responsive. I was not disappointed, and you won't be either! Thanks again Andrew.

Andrew is so amazing! Truly the best around. I needed a nice place to move into fast and he was able to help me accomplish that. He answers super quick and was very knowledgeable with every question I had from start to finish! Everything fell into place in only a matter of a few hours and now thanks to Andrew i get to move into my new house next week!!

My boyfriend and I were looking to rent our first place together, but we were having trouble contacting potential landlords and really finding the right place for us. At some point during the search my boyfriend came in contact with Andrew and almost right away (after filling out some paperwork) we were looking at potential places. Andrew really helped us out by making sure we had everything organized so when we did find a place we were able to easily apply. He helped us figure out what location was not only safe, but a good distance from both of our jobs. We lost out on the first place we wanted (there was already a renter in talks with the owner) but Andrew was wonderful with keeping our spirits up. He always kept us informed during every step of the process and worked hard to find us a place in the limited time frame we had. Even after finalizing our lease, Andrew was more than willing to give us advice on anything we needed from informing us on what we were responsible for under our landlord (we both came from complexes) to how to handle any disputes with our landlord. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor during this process. He really took care of us newbies and made us feel like we were not just another client. I never thought about using a realtor to help find rental properties but now I recommend it (and him) to everyone I know looking in/around my area. Thanks Andrew!

Moving with the military can be a very stressful time, especially when you have to uproot yourself every 3-4 years. Andrew Wood was very awesome to work with and I highly recommend him. He showed me a beautiful home in Haddon Heights, NJ that I ended up signing a rental lease for. I couldn't be happier with him as an agent. I have contacted many agents from other rental websites and I must say, after running though about 15 other agents in the area, Andrew was by far the most personable, easy to talk to realtor that I've encountered who seemed to really care about what his clients wanted. I never felt rushed during any of my visits to the property and he always gave me the time to look around and really look at the place with me to ensure that it was what I wanted. He was quick to slow me down and point out the finer details of the home when I seemed to quickly overlook them. Throughout the process of signing a lease, he would e-mail, text and call my phone and was flexible with my schedule at all times. He also would answer any questions that I had at any time of the day, sometimes he would even quickly respond to me at 9pm when I would simply e-mail him in hopes that he would get back to me the following morning.. He goes way above and beyond in my opinion when it comes to getting people into a home that they truly love. That's a true realtor that loves their job! When I decided to put a rental offer on the house, I had an answer back within 12 hours saying that my offer was accepted! I highly recommend Andrew to work with and I will gladly have any of my fellow military comrades in the area contact him if they are searching for a home in the future. Thank you again Andrew!

Andrew was a consummate professional. I had initially tried to find a rental property on my own with a very short timeline and kept hitting dead ends. Once I contacted Andrew he started the ball rolling (at the start of his vacation mind you) to get my approvals and background done in order to be able to see properties as soon as I was able to come up from Virginia. We were able to see 5 properties the first day I was there and he helped advise me on what was a good value as I was nee to the area. Because of his guidance and expertise I was able to submit my application for the property that same day and was selected by the landlord on the following. As this has been a short time frame to relocate from Virginia, Andrew has provided me with one less area to stress about. I would reccomend him to any one who wants to feel part of the process and kept informed. I look forward to working with him in the years to come.

Andrew is amazing! If it wasn’t for him my family and I wouldn’t have had such a smooth process moving out of state. In the matter of a week we found s great home! We were nervous about moving out of state into a rental without ever seeing it in real life. Andrew did thorough walkthroughs via FaceTime and was very honest. You could tell he wasn’t in it just for the money. He even helped us decide a more expensive rental was not our best option! He was always professional but super comfortable to work with. I felt like I have known him for years! He made sure everything was done the correct way in a timely matter in order to meet our needs and protect us. I highly recommend working with Andrew to find your next home. My family will CERTAINLY be working with him when it comes time to purchase. :)

I used Andrew as my buyers agent this year to purchase my first home, and I could not be happier! He works very hard, and is very responsive. He also makes sure to surround himself with the best loan officers, home inspectors, and closing companies. We plan to stay in our new home for several years, but if we ever decide to sell, or purchase another home, Andrew will be our ONLY call.

When we were interviewing agents to list our house most told us listing price that we thought were low. Andrew listened to us and we came up with solid listing price. Andrew then brought eventual buyers thru and we had offer first day. Short negotiation and House was pending. He told me your internet listing is the first thing buyers see and he had all the skill and better yet technology ( Matterport ) that made listing pop. He always responded to any questions and is a pleasure to work with. He also recommended an agent in Florida that made our move and purchase seamless. You won’t go wrong hiring Andrew. Professional, Knowledgeable and Personable.
