What can I say about Andrew. Words can't describe this mans dedication as a agent for the buyer and seller. He is all action, he would roll up his sleeves and help get the house in selling condition. Not sure what other agent would be so hands on, I think he just enjoys his job and the people he meets. Not only was a great agent he also became a good friend, and when you are in post 50 in age you don't make many new friends. So I would highly recommend him if you are selling or buying or just want to hang with him:)

There's no contest. Andrew is the best. I've never had the pleasure of working with a Real Estate Agent or Broker who went to the trouble that he went through for us. We recently bought a house in Port Washington. It was a stressful situation of selling our condo and buying the house at the same time and I truly believe that if we didn't have the good fortune to work with him, the house wouldn't be ours today. He's patient; he listens, and most importantly he is able to help translate (so to speak) when there are misunderstandings between parties. At one point, my lawyer and the seller's lawyer butted heads and he stepped in as an instrumental mediator. Thank you 100x to Andrew! Don't add to the stress of your buy or sale - contact him.

I actually met Andrew at my daughter's school bus stop - his kids are at the same elementary and he grew up in port and sands point so really knows the area. My parents and friends live in port so we've been here for the last 5 years. We have finally decided to buy and have been looking for the perfect home for the last few months...ANYTIME I have a question, I email Andrew the listing and he responds within the hour. I know Andrew on a personal level, but I was able to see him at work when he offered to help list our apartment for rent and gave us so many helpful tips. At a dinner gathering one Saturday, I casually mentioned we have a place to rent but didn't get any lookers from local real estate agents and Andrew gave us some good advice and even offered to help list it, which I was very grateful. The very next day, Andrew came by to take pictures to post online. Almost immediately after posting, we had lots of interest in the apartment and by the end of that week, the apartment was rented. When most local agents don't even contact you for weeks about any potential renters, Andrew was able to rent our apartment in less than a week. Andrew is very knowledgable, but most of all very honest and offers great sound advice from his personal experiences. Andrew is definitely one of the most truthful and honest real estate professionals I've come across and you can feel very secure having someone like Andrew looking after your own interests and concerns.

I had an apartment at Bayside, Queens that stayed on the market for three months without any movement. After I switched the listing to Andrew, it was rented out almost immediately! I am convinced the if I did not make the swtich, it would have continued to sit idle. Besides his expert knowledge with the real estate market and property management, Andrew's best quality is that he is very trust worthy. If he takes you on as a client, you can trust that he will always have your interests in mind and do what is the best for you. I only wish that Andrew is willing to branch out and cover a wider area on Long Island.
