Andrew Yun

Andrew Yun's practice is focused on all matters related to business including business transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Yun is also very well versed in bankruptcy law, having served as the Law Clerk to the Hon. Erithe Smith, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District, and Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Court. Prior to founding Yun Law Group, Mr. Yun was senior legal counsel to the largest energy and electronics conglomerates in the world. In his spare time, Mr. Yun enjoys playing golf, baseball, and watching his son play baseball.
