Andria sold my dad's house in 2019. We interviewed 2 real estate agents, but Andria was the obvious choice. We needed someone who was clam and patient to work through the transaction with my dad. House sold in 3 days for more than we were asking. She helped us stage the home (and even brought in a few items to add ambiance). I am most appreciative that she turned an extremely stressful transaction and life change into something calm and mellow (and VERY organized). I highly recommend.

We loved working with Andria. She sold our first house in just one weekend; so when we decided to move again, we called Andria. She priced our house correctly, created excellent marketing (pictures, virtual tour, and listing description), and was very proactive with the appraiser, the buyer's lender, etc. In sum, she was on top of everything, which made our move much easier. She even helped us find buyers for some of our furniture. Andria is a go-getter. We strongly recommend her.

If you’re looking to buy or sell your home you must use Andria. This is the second time I’ve use Andria and it just keeps getting better. She sold my house quickly and for the price I was hoping for.

What I really liked about her is that she’s very Responsive. She answered all of my questions and she return every single call and email. She helped me through the entire process and answered every question I had.

I will continue to use Andria in the future and will recommend her to any of my friends or family. I trust her and she’s a go-getter!

Working with Andria was an absolute pleasure. After I told her what I was looking for she wasted no time finding a number of houses for me to look at. She moved fast too coordinate viewings and worked even faster to make sure my offers were in on time. Everything happened rapidly, but Andria did a great job walking me through the process and answering all of my questions as they came up. She has a lot of experiencing in the Vancouver area and I was very impressed by all of the bids she was able to coordinate for me as we were going through the inspection process. After moving into the house she has remains a great resource and is happy to share contact information for other specialists and services that I need for my new house.
