Andy has years of experience helping several local and national banks market and sell REO Foreclosures. This ensures investors and buyers of distressed properties get accurate and up to date information on current REO inventory and CAP rates. He has also dealt with several of the larger banks such as Bank of America and Chase to conduct successful short sale closings. Andy and Allison are constantly asked to do local broker price opinions and market analysis for asset managers. Allison had banking experience prior to beginning her real estate career. Along with being Andy’s business partner, she has enjoyed being a site agent for a regional production builder. She is keen to construction detail and understands how the construction process should work.
