About Andy
Andy is a full-time, professional, real estate broker and REALTOR specializing in residential real estate sales in and around the Raleigh area. Andy is a North Carolina native and grew up in the small town of Vanceboro near the coast.
After serving in the US Navy for 8 years, Andy decided to return to North Carolina and moved to Raleigh to pursue a career with Ericsson Mobile Phones. While working at Ericsson, he attended NC State and studied Electrical Engineering. After 4 years with Ericsson, he took a job with IBM in the Research Triangle Park as a Project Manager and decided to purchase his first home. Through the home buying process, it occurred to Andy that real estate was his true calling. Providing his clients with excellent customer service while utilizing his project management skills - all while getting to work one-on-one with clients - became Andy's new passion.
After obtaining his real estate broker's license in 2001, Andy was very blessed and his real estate career took off quickly. Being the Rookie of the Year, for his office in his first year, Andy knew he had made the right move. Since 2001, he has assisted over 1,000 clients with their real estate selling and buying needs.
As a US Navy Veteran, he knows the importance of getting the job done and getting it done right the first time. As a graduate of the IBM Project Management Institute, he knows the importance of planning, scheduling, and communication. This has made it possible for him to assist his clients with a smooth real estate transaction from beginning to end.
