Andy Kaplan

Andy has been in real estate for over 25 years. He started as a real estate attorney at Blank Rome where he counseled/advised some of the largest companies/lenders in the region.

From there, he went to Rite Aid Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company. He was an officer and director of the company and served as real estate counsel, and then Director of Real Estate. At Rite Aid, he devised and implemented the market strategy for real estate development in the Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, South New Jersey and Maryland markets which included 340+ stores. While there, he was involved with the acquisition and/or leasing of over 90 new freestanding stores.

He then went to The Goldenberg Group where he was a partner and key player in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of over 5,000,000 square feet of projects varying from shopping centers to high end condo conversions.

Since then, he has successfully developed and continues to develop dozens of projects in all asset classes, first in Pennsylvania and now in South Florida.
