About Andy

Andy is a Senior Director of Investments specializing in multifamily investment properties throughout Los Angeles County. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and over $500 million in closed transactions, he has advised investors on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, hospitality, office, multi-tenant retail, single-tenant net leased properties, and 1031 exchange transactions nationwide.

Over the course of his career, Andy has successfully closed more than 100 investment sales transactions, consistently delivering exceptional results for his clients, including an average sale price of approximately 97% of the listed price. His success is driven by a disciplined underwriting process, in-depth market analysis, innovative marketing strategies, and a proven ability to negotiate favorable outcomes in complex transactions.

Before joining Equity Union Commercial, Andy spent 15 years with Marcus & Millichap; earlier in his career, he served as an Asset Manager and Assistant Director of Acquisitions at Millennium Realty Investors, where he gained valuable experience in acquisitions, asset management, and investment strategy. His background also includes extensive exposure to the appraisal process, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of property valuation and market dynamics.

He is highly regarded for his ability to remain focused under pressure, navigate challenges with confidence, and guide clients through complex investment decisions.
