Andy did a wonderful and professional job marketing and selling our home. From our very first meeting, he proved himself to be a very polite and respectful person who listened to our ideas and answered all of our questions.

Andy helped us in every stage of the home-selling process, from showing us comparable neighborhood sales and developing a full-value offer price for our home, to taking attractive interior and exterior pictures for a well-designed marketing brochure, to providing us advice on staging and decluttering, to offering us access to his network of competent and affordable handymen, painters and carpet installers, to organizing open houses with prominent signage, and to helping us evaluate the pros and cons of different offers once they started to come in. He even helped with strategy on how to persuade competing buyers to improve their offers to us, particularly in getting contingencies removed.

After we accepted an offer (which took less than a week from initial listing!), Andy was the go-to liaison for us with the buyers and their agent, making sure the inspection, appraisal, and walkthrough were scheduled quickly and conveniently for all concerned. He attended the closing with us and kept in contact with the title company until the disbursement of sales proceeds to us was received.

I met Andy when my siblings and I were selling my late parents' house. When I decided I was going to sell my house I was going to go with one of those as-is buyers because the home was in need of some repair. My sister suggested that I contact Andy and get his opinion of what he could do for me. He came to the house and met with me and I discussed my concerns. I was working with a deadline and I was worried because I contacted him a bit later than I felt I should've because of my previous plans. He assured me that he could work with the time limits I gave but would do a bit of research because he thought he could get me a better deal (which he did!).

From the time the house went on the market not only did Andy and his team work diligently to set up open houses and to bring in buyers to show the house, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the regular communication from Andy so I never felt "out of the loop". We were discussing the offers and took the house off the market in about a week. So I was able to get things wrapped up and closed within the time limit.

I highly recommend Andy and his team for the hard work they did for me as the seller but their dedication to those buyers that were looking for new homes. They were great to work with and they made a nervous seller very satified.

We gave Andy Musser a tough list of "needs" and "wants" as we looked to buy a house in Northern Virginia. It took putting in offers on 3 different houses, but finally, the 3rd time was the charm! Andy gave us excellent counsel, stepping us through the whole process and ensuring we made strong but financially sound offers on each property. (The first 2 homes that we were outbid on went for significantly more money than we felt was prudent.) In the end, it was good that we missed out on the first 2 houses, because the 3rd one is definitely the best of the bunch!

Andy was very friendly from the start, honest about the home-buying experience (as he sees it from both the buying and selling sides), willing to share his thoughts on houses we looked at based on his extensive experience in the area, and ensured we were well taken care of when he was pulled away due to a new baby in the family. Since a team rarely rises above its leader, it is clear that Andy is the team’s role model for great service, thorough attention to detail, quick responsiveness and astute negotiations toward a fair, desired outcome for all involved. Basically he is a soft spoken young man committed to be the best in his career that he can be. We first met Andy when our married children were buying their first house and he was the selling agent. His attentiveness and fairness to all parties involved was so impressive that several years later when they were upsizing, they chose him as their agent for the whole journey.

When we were ready to downsize, we were wrestling on how to select an agent with appropriate experience for our house value range. We interviewed several agents maybe a little more experienced in our value range, but Andy stood out with his enthusiasm to work with us. Convinced that he would work creatively and harder, we decided to give him a chance. In our life’s journey, we had people along the way who believed in us so we took the opportunity to “pay it forward” and never looked back; and certainly never regretted our decision. In our fifty plus years of marriage, a lot of real estate had passed through our hands both residential, commercial and investment. We have had a lot of good experiences with real estate agents but none compared to the service and attention we got with Andy and his team.

The most impressive thing about Andy was how many things he could balance with total attentiveness. His cell phone was an admirable tool supporting his skill to multi process on many levels simultaneously. We always felt we had his undivided attention as if we were his only customers. He was just a phone call or text away; and always available to us whether to talk on the phone, to meet in person, or to take us to see houses.

The second thing was how well he listened to us when we expressed our thoughts and then humbly engaged in an authentic discussion. His mind excels in being able to clarify all sides, process multiple options and then be an enthusiastic, tenacious advocate on our behalf toward an acceptable outcome

Most of all he created amazing marketing materials and strategy for promoting our house in the best light, made an astounding amount of calls to agents pre-market listing, took charge of keeping a pulse on the activity, and personally followed up with all people that actually walked in to look at the house. Our house sold after the first open house.

It truly was an enjoyable and fruitful experience working with Andy both on the selling and the buying end. He is an astute negotiator with both knowledge and patience on how to navigate the deal and allow it to unfold. We miss the enjoyment of interacting with him.

Andy and his team were excellent! We met with 5 different realtors and went with the Musser team. They exceeded our expectations! They were always very responsive and on time. Andy priced the house very well and always gave us good advice. We also needed over a month of rent back and where some other realtors would have taken their commission at closing and ran, Andy and has team walked us through the entire process. He seemed to always genuinely have our best interest at heart. You can tell that he loves what he does and has a lot of knowledge and experience in real estate. He’s an excellent negotiator and conducts business with integrity. We highly recommend the Musser team!

As first time home buyers, we were eager to work with a realtor who was direct, professional, and was also willing to offer some hand-holding.

Andy really exceeded every expectation in every category. He offered valuable expertise and he was willing to give us honest feedback to ensure we ended up with the right home even if it wasn't the fastest sale for him. Furthermore, we found his entire support team to also be responsive and incredibly helpful

Our experience with Andy was wonderful and I would recommend him and the Musser Group team without reservation. My husband and I felt that he listened carefully when we shared our needs, and in turn he responded thoughtfully rather than simply trying to 'sell'. He also worked quickly with strong attention to detail when it was required. The end result is that we entered our contract with eyes wide open and now have a home we love.
