I was very pleased with my experience with the Andy O selling team. You guys went above and beyond to make sure that the sale of my home went through smoothly. I was worried about being able to sell my home while not actual being present to take care of maintenance, repairs and signing papers. There were several repairs that needed to be made in order to close the deal and Andy O team set it all up with affordable contractors who took care of the problems and closed the deal. Andy O helped my wife and 2 kids find and purchase the house of our dreams. He worked with us relentlessly as we sold our house and bought a house at the same time, also found us a great loan officer and helped me make some repairs to the new home before we bought it. He was always readily available and his client was always first priority. I would recommend him above all others in my area as I have tried other agents before with little to no results.
