Over 7 years ago Andy extended his real estate business to Beaumont, California purchasing in a New, well established senior gated planned residential community. Andy discovered the need to help the urban active senior’s to move to smaller homes in a slower but steady quieter area, an area that caters to the senior sector. As he list and sell’s in the Beaumont community he informs Senior’s in the Los Angeles / Orange County area’s in order to help relocate.
