My wife and I recently bought our first home and we could not have have asked for a better Realtor to navigate this crazy housing market than Rob Brittingham, from Sentry Residential team! Rob is a true professional; extremely knowledgeable and in tune with the housing market in Northern Virginia, always cognizant of our needs...and wants, enthusiastic, and most importantly HONEST! I never felt that he was doing it for the commission, but out of the desire to do a good job and help a fellow veteran! He talked me out of a couple of, what would have been, bad and expensive decisions! A big thank you to Rob for helping us to get into our first home, and to Andy Piedra for an excellent team!

Andres Piedra and Sentry Residential were absolutely amazing! We needed to relocate to another state for our child's health and needed a house that met some specific requirements. The team at Sentry Residential helped us through the whole process. They took so much stress off us, so that we could focus on our child. They made sure that the house we got not only met all our needs, but exceeded them!
I would highly recommend!

I found myself suddenly looking for a house after a change in circumstances. I contacted Andy at Sentry. He referred me to his colleague Rob, who lives closer to the area of my interest.

Rob and I saw 36 houses and submitted 5 offers together before I finally landed my house. To say it was unconventional would be an understatement!

He was tenacious and unrelenting during the exhaustive process. His advice proved so helpful time and time again. I would like a house and fall in love with the wrong things. Rob shot me straight and put things into such perspective that I eventually came to the realization that the house really was not what I was looking for after all.

With my search spanning nearly three months, I would call or email him very frequently. I never felt like I was bothering him. Despite the fact that he worked on many other deals with multiple other clients during that time, I always felt like he was working just for me. He was always ready to go see another house and give me advice during a difficult life transition.

During the course of the search, I gained something valuable from all of it- a new friend. I consider Rob a very competent realtor AND a buddy I'd be happy to have over to my house for a cookout.

The pleasure was all mine and I could not be happier with the way things turned out! Sentry was simply outstanding for me at a time when I could not get things wrong.

Absolutely outstanding service. My family was making a military move from California to Virginia and Andy made the process of finding a home easy and stress free. Despite COVID restrictions Andy was able to FaceTime different homes and thereby providing us the insight we needed to make a decision on where we would settle down. In the end we got our dream home in an amazing neighborhood and it’s all thanks to his hard work combined with his own understanding of military requirements. Highly recommended. I advise all my friends that PCS this way to contact him.

The summer of 2020 was one of uncertainties, fog of war and disbelief, but what I can shout from the rooftops is that when we decided to sell our home and buy a new one, Andy was there to make a horrible year, a record year! His honestly, approach, determination, integrity, and humor led the way to getting the most for our house as well as obtaining a fair price in a HOT market. Andy knows the landscape so well, that he also has lenders on standby, such as Sam from Embrace Home Loans, that made the process so seamless, it was as if I was staking a stroll in the park. Being a former Veteran himself, he knows what to look for when using VA loans, and any other loan, but most of all his selfless sacrifices for his clients is what sets him apart! When anyone says they are moving or wanna buy a home, I send them to Andy because I know his reputation for being "what the doctor ordered" is right on the money!
