We used Andy to sell our house after it sat on the market for months with another realtor with no offers. I will admit it was a tough sale but he and his team got it done! They hosted lots of open houses without complaint and made sure to give us needed feedback so we were kept in the loop. We would recommend Andy to anyone looking to sell their home. Give him a call!

I got lucky! From the moment I met Andy I felt comfortable and confident. He was attentive to my needs from my 100s of questions to navigating my hesitation with decision making. Andy helped us sell our old home and buy our new home. He was great to work with through the whole process. There was some work we wanted to do on our old home before we put it on the market. He referred us to some great contractors that got the job done.

He was very easy to work with and was always quick to respond to phone calls and text messages.

Our home got an offer above asking price within 24 hours of being placed on the market. We closed on that house and our new house within about 30 days.

I'd definitely recommend Andy to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Twin Cities area.
