Andy Shultz

Andy Shultz began his career in residential real estate in 2012 in Bowling Green, KY. He was blessed to have an uber successful mentor that showed him the ropes of the business. Andy began investing in real estate and flipping houses while learning the business along the way. In 2015, he became a licensed real estate agent to buy and sell his own properties, but that quickly changed into a passion of helping other people buy and sell their properties. Since that time, Andy has also grown a high interest in the commercial side of real estate. He obtained his license for Tennessee in 2016 and is currently working on developing the commercial real estate branch of Scout Properties. Andy remains a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky, as well.

Aside from real estate, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and soon-to-be third child. Faith, family, and real estate is the motto that this guy lives by and his passion for all three is evident. Andy goes above and beyond for his clients in every transaction and strives to deliver a service that is second to none. He aims to deliver a unique experience in both the commercial and residential realms of the ever-changing world of real estate.
