Andy started his real estate career by joining a top producing team in 2016. During 2017-2018, he helped close more than $100 Million in transactions, from a $200k condo, $8 Million waterfront house, to a $10 Million luxury condo penthouse. Andy’s personal contribution in 2018 was over $13 Million. After 2.5 years of training as real estate associate broker, Andy decided to become an independent broker and joined Keller Williams Bellevue, which provides a wealth of additional resources for him to serve his clients.

Andy’s deep knowledge of the Greater Seattle real estate market allows him to deliver strong outcomes in price negotiations for buyer clients, and for seller clients, the optimal pricing strategy. Andy is also a real estate investor, constantly finding deals and working with contractors on home maintenance and renovation, familiar with leasing process, and local rental regulations.
