Andy was recommended to us by a close personal friend of my sister. My dad had just passed and we needed to sell his primary residence. Andy helpled us list the property quickly. Within a few days we had nearly 50 parties visit the home. My sister and I got a reasonable offer in less than 5 days and had several back-up offers. The buyers needed a seller's concession which was more than what we were comfortable with. He managed to raise the home price by several thousand dollars. At the end, we had contracted someone to clear out the remainining items. The person failed to do so and Andy was able to have the home broom clean wiithin a day of the signing. Andy works for his clients first and balances it well with expecatations of the buyers. I would recommend him without qualification. I wish he could be working with my sister and I to sell another property that we need to liquidate in Virginia.

Whether you are buying or selling, it can be a very stressful time in your life. The first house I sold was a very happy and exciting time in my life. I have had the priviledge of knowning Andy for over 15 years both prorfessionally and personally. When I became a single parent, Andy worked with me in renting a townhome. About a year later, he sold me my first home. The experience was a little scary for me, but Andy was there every step of the way and made the experience a positive and painless experience. He is so good, thorough, and accurate at what he does, my son and daughter in law used him when they bough their first home. Eleven years after selling me my first home, there is no one else I would have trusted to resell my home when it came time for me to retire and move out of the state. I recently puchased a home and Andy was my realtor. Andy is very honest and straight forward with his clients. He will work for his clients 100% of the time all of the time. He wants more than your business. He places your needs first. He is available and if he doesn't know something...he finds out (usually within 15-20 minutes).
