She thoroughly answered any question I sent her way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What I believe truly set Aneka apart was her genuine care and dedication to ensuring I felt at home in this new area. Coming from out of state, I was unfamiliar with the area, but Aneka took the time to not only show me apartments but also acquaint me with the surrounding areas, including restaurants, parks, and other amenities.

Getting to know Aneka has been an absolute pleasure. She made the entire process not only productive but truly enjoyable.

As a former neighbor, we were excited to work with Aneka Gordon on the purchase of our first home!! And we are thrilled with our decision! First, and foremost, Aneka was extremely patient with us. Being such a large investment for anyone, we wanted to make sure the home we offered on checked ALL of the boxes and she continued to provide options that fit the description of what we were looking for, and never made us feel pressured. When we did find a place that we felt was good for us, she took the wheel and got everything into place! Simple is the best way to describe this part of the process. AND it was exactly what my family needed as we've been juggling other things in life like everyone is. The line of communication was always there to answer any questions we had and we felt absolutely comfortable throughout the entire process!! If you're going to work with anyone to help you rent or buy your dream home, I cannot recommend Aneka enough! You will be 100% taken care of from start to finish. She helped me and my fiancé find our rental home and was with us through the whole process. Aneka was immediately responsive with any questions we had, she bent over backwards to get our information to the property management company and always did so with a smile on her face! Aneka is the BEST! I relocated from SC to VA to start a new position in DC and she helped make the process smooth. I’m not familiar with the DMV area so wanted assistance from a realtor. Aneka is organized, detailed, attentive, great communicator, and really advocated for me. The market is crazy right now so we ran across a few bumps, but she never stopped in finding a place for me to rent. When I’m ready to buy a home in about a year I will be using Aneka again.
