Angel Leon

Hello, my name is Angel Leon, and I am proud to be born and raised right here in Tucson, Arizona. This city isn’t just where I live its home, and I care deeply about the people and the community that make it so special.
My journey has been shaped by two major passions: real estate and gymnastics. I was a competitive gymnast for 20 years, which led me to earn a Division I scholarship to The Ohio State University, where I became the first in my family to graduate from college with a degree in Human Development and Family Science. Today, I continue to share that passion as the head coach of the boys’ program at Gymnastics World Central, giving back to the sport that gave me so much.
Alongside coaching, I am a full-time real estate professional with Long Realty, where my mission is to help families find the perfect place to call home. My background in home restoration working alongside my father’s business gave me a true appreciation for the craftsmanship, value, and potential in every property. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, helping families upsize, or working with investors, I bring a hands-on, detailed, and client-first approach to every transaction.

Beyond the business, my “Why” is what drives me. For every sale, I donate $1,000 to help low-income families keep their children in gymnastics, so they have the same chance I had to chase big dreams. Sports opened the door to opportunities that changed my life, and I want to make sure every child has that chance.
