Anfgela made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps that many other realtors don't (but should), such as having a professional come in and give us staging tips, having photos taken, and so much more. When we saw our house online, we were impressed. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our home looked amazing and it eliminated the competition.
Our house went under contract 2 days after we put it on the market at the price Angela suggested. After we accepted the offer, Angela walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I recommend Angela Espinoza to my family and friends. She is a true professional and really nice. I realize that it won't always be that easy to sell your house, but I think it would be difficult to find a real estate agent like Angela Espinoza.
