My association with Angela came about purely by accident. She was the on-call agent when I happened to telephone the agency. Angela exceeded my expectations in the amount of legwork she was willing to do for me. As an out-of-state buyer, I depended on her to be my eyes and ears in the house-hunting process. I would give her an MLS# and ask her to check it out. Not long after, I would receive an e-mail reply with about 40 attached photos. She did this repeatedly. Other than the amount of legwork Angela was doing for me, I was also very pleased with her promptness in responding to my e-mails and phone calls, and her ability to answer questions about the real estate transfer process in the state of Maryland. I would recommend Angela to anyone needing a real estate agent. She is very attentive to details, prompt, and courteous. You really could not ask for more in an agent.

We have used Angela twice now and were very impressed both times. She was easy to reach when we had questions, and was both reassuring when we needed it and realistic when we needed that. She really seemed to understand where we were coming from as new homeowners and helped us learn a lot, as well as doing a lot of behind the scenes work herself as we explored different types of options. Angela was quick to respond to our request on a property and then went the extra mile to help us find a property that really met our needs and our budget. She was sensitive to our short time frame and the need to see and come to a decision quickly; responding with our last minute questions rapidly and meeting us on demand. The extra hours put in over the weekend and the follow up were in the end what helped us secure a place on such short notice; and I must say the property ticked all of our boxes. Angela is fantastic in her customer service and worked tirelessly to help me look for homes in Clinton , Fort Washington and Brandywine. She made me feel like we've known each other for years with her friendly personality and keen sense in knowing what types of homes I'd really like. This was important to me because I've worked with agents in the past that seem to be more interested in their checks than what I wanted in a home. Not her. Best realtor help ever...I have been through the process a number of times, and most often you wonder how in the world the broker collects such a large fee, for what looks like doing some simple paperwork, and organizing a few inspections. In our particular case, the transaction was as complicated as it gets, and Angela not only negotiated the process as well as possible, but she avoided a number of pitfalls that another agent would not have seen coming at all. Besides this, Angela is a great person and a joy to work with.

I heard about Angela through a colleague that was a client of hers. I expected Angela to work with my time schedule, negotiate on behalf, and get things done in a timely fashion. She exceeded my expectations in each of these categories. I was relatively inexperienced to the home buying process because I was a first-time home buyer.
