We interviewed two real estate agents in preparation for selling our house. We chose Angela not only because we have known her for a couple of decades but also for her expertise with the online bidding strategy. She prepared a very comprehensive market analysis for us and listened our our opinions on what we thought we could get for the house. Due to her online bidding system and five open houses, we were able to get more than the comps showed we could get. Some of the open houses had over one hundred potential buyers. Angela did a good job vetting all online bidders and the online bidding system she developed worked very well. We had over 60 bids on the house. Angela is very professional and ethical and serves her clients best interests. She is communicative and kept us calm through the entire process of selling our house. We highly recommend her as a realtor and her online bidding strategy.
