Angela did a great job helping us to sell our old home and purchase our new home. She helped guide us every step of the way and used her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market to develop a well thought out strategy to purchase our new home in an extremely competitive market with limited inventory. She was patient, professional and extremely responsive with us during our search and helped to insure we found the house that was right for us. Her marketing team helped us stage and prepare our old house for sale, which lead to multiple offers above list price. We would certainly recommend her and her team's professional service when selling and buying real estate.

Working with Angela was a dream come true! She was very responsive to all our needs and is a great communicator - We received a full price offer the day after listing but she realized it was not all that it seemed with a couple of red flags and a lot of closing help requested . She suggested waiting until after the open house to review other potential offers and was dead on - we got another great offer that was clean as a whistle. We listed our house Mid-February and even then she was aware of and concerned about Coronavirus. Our first offer was from someone who owned a small business that was negatively impacted by the shut down - if we had accepted that offer it would have fallen through and we had to move. The sale proceeded without a hitch thanks to all the good advice she gave us. I can't recommend Angela highly enough she knows the business inside and out and cares about every one of her clients.

My husband and I first met Angela while looking for a rental home after an interstate move. When we found an area that we liked for buying a home, we reached back out to Angela because she was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable about different areas in Maryland, and flexible. I enjoy working with her because she is friendly and very good at her job. We trust her judgement and know that she will give us her honest opinion. Angela took things into account that we didn't consider because she has raised a family and has a keen eye for features that are desirable for the lifestyles of her clients.
