Angela Livingston

I am a full-time licensed real estate broker, living and working out of the Wash Park West neighborhood of Denver. I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Colorado Springs. I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder where I studied sociology and history and after graduating made the move to Denver. I began my real estate career in 2008 as an assistant to a top-producing award-winning Realtor. My extensive knowledge of the Denver market is a result of not only working with highly motivated agents, building lasting relationships with all industry professionals, but also from having lived in several neighborhoods including: Five Points, Capital Hill, Glendale, Virginia Vale, Virginia Village and now Wash Park. I do not limit myself to working the Denver metro-area. I have consistently worked hard to close deals from Castle Rock to Boulder and every where in between.

I strive to exceed every client’s expectation and deliver the highest level of customer service through clear and consistent communication. I have the support of four office locations in Greenwood Village, Highlands, Cherry Creek, and primarily work out of the Wash Park office.
